Discover how our programs are creating sustainable change for women and girls in Tanzania.
Our programs are designed to address the unique challenges. By focusing on menstrual hygiene, economic empowerment, and gender equality, we are creating opportunities for women to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
At Fursa Foundation, we believe that sustainable change begins with empowering women and girls. Through our three core programs, we address the most pressing challenges they face, from menstrual health to economic empowerment and safety.
Each program is designed to provide practical solutions, education, and opportunities, ensuring that every woman and girl we reach is equipped to lead a healthy, productive life.

Menstrual hygiene remains a significant barrier for many girls and women in Tanzania, often leading to missed school days and limited opportunities.
Through our WASH Program, we provide reusable sanitary pads, menstrual hygiene education, and safe water solutions, empowering girls to manage their periods with dignity.
